As a Senior System Engineer, you will lead the design, integration, and validation of complex wireless communication systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture and ensure seamless hardware-software collaboration. Key Responsibilities:System Architecture & DesignDefine and maintain comprehensive system requirements, technical specifications, and architecture documentation including design specs, interface definitions, and API documentation.Lead system architecture development, requirements decomposition, and allocation across hardware and software components.Conduct trade studies and make design decisions to optimize system performance and security. Integration & ValidationPerform system integration, testing, and validation of wireless communication devices and embedded systems.Collaborate with RF engineers to ensure alignment with RF design principles, antenna systems, and wireless standards (e.g., 802.11, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, cellular). Security & Communication ExpertiseImplement and verify secure communication protocols including cryptographic modules, hardware security modules (HSM), secure boot processes, and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).Apply deep knowledge of wireless communication technologies including WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, and tactical waveforms. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.Relevant certifications such as INCOSE are highly desirable.10+ years of experience in system engineering or embedded systems development.5+ years’ experience with wireless communication technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, Tactical Waveform).3+ years’ experience in secure communication systems and cryptographic implementations.Proven track record in defense, aerospace, medical, automotive, or high-security communication sectors.Strong understanding of embedded systems encompassing hardware, software, and RTL design.Experience with hardware-software integration and system architecture design.
