Job Summary
We are looking for a temporary Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational services business matters. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. A sar covers one or more customer Key accounts working in close collaboration with the Services Key Account Managers.
This position is a temporary role for 3 months.
What You Will Do
As a Services Account Representative you will
Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and re-building kitsLead customer enquiries to resolution; Responding and channeling it into the organization as requiredParticipate and coordinate service contract fulfilment and non-contract events and follow-up, Managing service scheduling conflicts and scope fulfilment and/or variationsParticipate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plan by using internal and external data sourcesParticipate in customer relations from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communicationParticipate in analysis and follow up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
We believe you have
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in administration, across boundaries is preferredStrong productive focusAdvanced excel skillsStrong continuous improvement focusPreferred but not essential: University Bachelor in technical/business disciplines or equivalent
