What You Can Expect From The Role
Deliver functional expertise within IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance (e.g. work orders, service contracts, scheduling, field service, etc.)Work closely with clients to understand service operations, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system solutionsConfigure and tailor IFS Service & Maintenance modules in line with business needs and best practicesSupport the full project lifecycle; from discovery and design through testing, training, and go-liveAct as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations to improve service processes and system usageCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and ProjectsContribute to knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise within IFS Service & MaintenanceSupport post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Will Look For In Your CV
3+ years experience working with IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance, ideally in a consulting or implementation roleStrong understanding of service operations, such as field service, asset management, maintenance planning, or service delivery processesAbility to translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilityFluent in English (written and spoken); another Nordic language is an advantage but not a requirementWillingness to travel based on project needsComfortable working both independently and as part of a project team.
