We are looking for a Service Technician to join us and play an important role in delivering high-quality service and technical expertise to our customers across Sweden. We are ideally looking for someone based in Sundsvall, but Stockholm can also be considered. At Endress+Hauser Sweden, we combine local presence with global expertise, supporting key industries with reliable measurement solutions and long-term partnerships.

Which tasks will you perform?

Install, commission, and perform service on optical gas analysis instruments at customer sitesCarry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of installed equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured and efficient mannerRead and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings as part of installation and service activitiesDocument service activities, work orders, and customer interactions accurately in CRM systemsSupport customers on-site by providing technical guidance and ensuring high service quality

What do we expect from you?

Have a technical background within instrumentation, automation, or electrical engineeringBring previous experience from a service technician, instrument technician, or similar role, or are a recent graduate from a relevant technical education within automation or service engineeringHave strong ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawingsAre fluent in Swedish and communicate confidently in English, both written and spokenHold a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with frequent travel, including overnight staysHave a structured and organized way of working, with strong attention to detailAre a problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetDemonstrate strong customer focus and enjoy working in a service-oriented role

Experience with electrical workKnowledge of signal handling, data communication, PLC programming or automation systemsPrevious experience working with CRM systems
