ServiceNow AI Architect

For our client, a leading strategic ServiceNow partner, we are looking for experienced ServiceNow AI Architects, Senior Consultants and professionals with experience in AI agents and customer-focused AI solutions to join their growing international team. Our client is very well positioned within the ServiceNow ecosystem and is recognised as a strategic partner in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. They work with organisations on complex transformation initiatives, supporting them in the design and implementation of modern and innovative ServiceNow and AI solutions. We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced professionals who combine strong ServiceNow and AI expertise with a strategic, consulting-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Your ResponsibilitiesDepending on your background and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:Designing and developing innovative ServiceNow and AI solutionsTaking a leading role in the architecture, implementation and further development of AI-powered solutions and AI agentsDeveloping intelligent AI agents that can interact with and support customersUsing previous customer and business expertise to support the development of effective customer-facing AI solutionsTranslating complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical and AI-driven solutionsWorking with modern AI technologies, Large Language Models and agent-based solutionsDesigning innovative solutions across customer service, CRM and customer experience environmentsWorking closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teamsContributing your expertise to complex AI, automation and digital transformation projectsActing as a trusted advisor and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle Your ProfileWe are interested in candidates with a strong background in ServiceNow and Artificial Intelligence, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas: Several years of experience working with ServiceNowExperience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or AI-powered solutionsExperience developing or working with AI agents or agentic AIExperience with technologies such as Claude, Claude 4 or similar AI technologiesExperience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, AI Architect or Senior ConsultantStrong understanding of customer processes, CRM, customer service or customer experienceExperience transferring previous customer or business expertise into the development of intelligent AI agents would be highly beneficialExperience designing and implementing complex and scalable platform solutionsThe ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical and AI-driven solutionsStrong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with complex customer or international environments would be an advantage LanguagesWe are particularly interested in candidates with either:German and English, orFrench and English Location & Working ModelWe are open to candidates based in:SwitzerlandGermanyFranceUnited KingdomIrelandUnited States Working ModelFully remote Employment OptionsWe are open to speaking with candidates interested in:Permanent employmentContracting / freelance opportunities Interested in this opportunity?
