ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture and design for a client based in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role covering solution design, technical governance, and platform strategy across ITSM/ITOM (or relevant modules — adjust as needed). Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the technical architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platformLead design decisions across modules, integrations, and custom applicationsSet and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practicesWork closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsSupport integration design with third-party systems (APIs, MID Server, etc.)Mentor developers and provide technical oversight on delivery RequirementsProven experience as a ServiceNow Architect (certifications such as CSA / CIS preferred)Strong background in platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrationsFluent Swedish speaker (business-level minimum), professional EnglishAble to work onsite in Stockholm 1-2 days per weekAvailable to start on a 6-month initial contract
