Role : ServiceNow DeveloperLocation : Stockholm/Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week)Client : InfosysEmployment Contract Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.Configure and customize ITSM modules including:Incident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementService Request ManagementService CatalogKnowledge ManagementDevelop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.Build and support integrations using:REST APIsSOAP Web ServicesIntegration HubMID ServerDevelop reusable components and custom applications.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.Required SkillsStrong experience in ServiceNow platform development with Implementation for Telecom clientHands-on experience with ITSM implementation and customization.Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.Exposure to Service Portal and Flow Designer.Knowledge of ITIL processes.Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
