🚀 We're Hiring: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM & Integration📍 Location: Eastern Europe – Romania, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Bulgaria & other Eastern EU countries📍 Work Model: Hybrid 💼 Job Type: Long term contract🕐 Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and work on ServiceNow implementation and development projects for a Telecom client. 🔐 Work Authorization: Candidates must currently hold valid, permanent work authorization in the respective country of employment. Visa sponsorship or work permit sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. 🔹 Required Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.Exposure to Service Portal and Flow Designer.Strong understanding of ITIL processes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.Experience with ServiceNow implementation for Telecom clients is highly preferred. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.Configure and customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.Develop Workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.Build reusable components and custom ServiceNow applications.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.📍 Preferred Locations: Romania and other Eastern European countries, including Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
