Shift Lead, Teleoperations

About the roleYou’ll run the control room while it is live: a team of teleoperators driving robots in stores across Sweden and Finland. When a shift goes sideways, the calls are yours: what gets escalated, what waits, and who takes which store. There is a customer on the other end of every one of those decisions. You’ll start on day shifts and move onto nights, because nights are where most of the operating happens and where a lead is needed most.
