Your tasks

Recruitment, leadership and development of your team members, including regular individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-howInitiation and implementation of measures to increase sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experienceResponsibility for the promotional and appealing presentation of merchandise in compliance with merchandising standardsEnsuring smooth operations related to inventory management and shop presentation, as well as careful handling of goods and execution of the annual inventoryOrganization and execution of administrative tasks, such as task delegation within the team, cash management, processing work orders and timely submission of reportsEnsuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention and adherence to applicable labor laws regarding working hoursCoordination of maintenance tasks and ensuring a functional and attractive work environment in collaboration with the Regional Manager

Our Requirements

Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in salesSeveral years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessoriesExtensive experience in leading and developing teamsTrainer certification is an advantageProficiency in MS Office and ExcelVery good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken, requiredEnthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skillsStrong planning and organizational abilitiesHigh degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to workStrong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliabilityInterest in our core sports and current scene trends
