Coalesce Management Consulting Linköping, Östergötland County, Sweden (Hybrid) Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced Silicon Carbide Specialist to support the establishment of a new Silicon Carbide (SiC) production capability in Sweden. CMC provides expert engineering solutions internationally across Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Software and other advanced engineering disciplines. Join Our Latest Project We are looking for a highly experienced Silicon Carbide Specialist to provide deep technical expertise for a new Silicon Carbide crystal growth programme. The successful consultant will act as the technical authority for SiC growth technology, supporting process development, modelling, simulation and optimisation activities as the client establishes an in-house Silicon Carbide production capability. The project centres around PVT Silicon Carbide crystal growth technology and will involve close collaboration with engineering, R&D, manufacturing and project teams, as well as international technology partners. What We're Looking For Extensive experience within Silicon Carbide crystal growth technologies.Strong understanding of the underlying physics behind crystal growth processes.Experience with PVT Silicon Carbide growth technologies.Experience developing, modelling and optimising crystal growth processes.Strong semiconductor materials background.Experience supporting R&D and technology development programmes.Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel internationally when required. Desirable Experience PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field.Experience with semi-insulating Silicon Carbide.8-12+ years of relevant industry or research experience.Experience working with PVA TePla or comparable crystal growth systems.Experience supporting factory start-ups or new technology introductions.Experience working within wafer, substrate or advanced materials manufacturing environments.
