Site Manager Data Centre Fit‑Out

We are hiring Site Managers for data centre fit‑out projects in Finland & Netherlands.The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering interior fit‑out works in controlled environments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Leadership — Deliver all projects in line with Safety First Guiding Principles.Training & Compliance — Ensure operatives and subcontractors receive correct instruction, training, and emergency procedure guidance.Subcontractor Oversight — Review subcontractor documentation for adequacy in planning, risk assessment, resources, and supervision.Quality Assurance — Ensure all works are installed according to the correct issue of drawings and inspected for compliance with specification.Environmental Management — Develop and implement environmental management plans across relevant sites.Client & Team Coordination — Maintain excellent working relationships with the client and project team throughout the contract.Professional Site Operations — Carry out all day‑to‑day activities professionally and in line with company systems and procedures. Experience & RequirementsProven track record in site management.Experience in data centre, industrial, or controlled‑environment construction strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out projects.Understanding of construction methods, best practices, technologies, and materials.Experience in measurement and valuation.Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
