Barona is recruiting Site Managers on behalf of Nordec. The selected candidates will be employed directly by Nordec in a permanent position.

As Nordec's project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Site Managers to lead installation works on demanding projects in Finland and across Northern Europe.

This is an opportunity for an experienced site professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership, customer collaboration and hands-on project execution. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality and schedule targets.

As a Site Manager, you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. A typical project may involve multiple disciplines, several subcontractors and large site teams, requiring both strong organisational skills and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.

We strongly believe that success in this role requires excellent people management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others effectively.

Several years of experience in site management, project management or a comparable leadership position within constructionProven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in demanding project environmentsStrong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirementsExperience of cost control and budgetingExperience from large industrial projects, data centers or other technically demanding construction projects is considered an advantageFluent English language skills, language skills in Finnish and/or Swedish are considered an advantageA proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to workWillingness to travel according to project requirements.
