Develop and maintain backend services and supporting components in a cloud-native environment.Take an active role in operating services in production and ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and take part in incident investigation and resolution.Improve observability through logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.Automate operational tasks and improve deployment and operational processes.Contribute to root cause analysis and implement actions that prevent recurring incidents.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the service.Take ownership of problems end-to-end and help drive them to resolution.
