What you will work on We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can work closely with our brands, understand their technical setup, and help them successfully integrate and launch EcomID.You will sit between customers, product, and engineering. Your job is to make integrations smooth, solve technical problems quickly, and ensure brands get real value from our products.This is not a traditional support role. You will own technical onboarding, help shape integration decisions, and bring what you learn from customers directly back into the product.You will work directly with brands from technical discovery through launch and beyond, including:Leading the technical onboarding of new brandsUnderstanding customer systems, ecommerce platforms, APIs, data flows, and integration constraintsHelping brands integrate EcomID into their existing technical stackGuiding customer engineering teams through implementation and launchTroubleshooting integration issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and dataConfiguring and validating integrations before going liveWorking closely with our engineering team when deeper technical changes are requiredWriting scripts, prototypes, or small integration components when usefulHelping customers understand our APIs, SDKs, data requirements, and technical capabilitiesIdentifying recurring integration problems and turning them into better tooling, documentation, or product improvementsSupporting complex technical conversations during the sales processHelping define scalable onboarding processes as EcomID growsActing as a technical partner to some of the largest brands we work withYou will have a direct impact on how quickly customers can launch and how successfully they use EcomID. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is technically strong, comfortable working directly with customers, and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.You should have experience with several of the following:Working in a customer-facing technical roleIntegrating APIs, SDKs, or web-based productsUnderstanding web applications and modern frontend/backend architecturesJavaScript or TypeScriptPython or another general-purpose programming languageHTTP, REST, RPC, authentication, webhooks, and common integration patternsDebugging issues across different systems and environmentsWorking directly with engineers and technical stakeholders at customersTranslating technical problems into clear explanations and practical solutionsManaging multiple customer integrations in parallelTaking ownership of projects from discovery through launchExperience with ecommerce platforms, fashion technology, data integrations, or AI-powered products is a plus.We care more about technical curiosity, judgement, and communication than whether you have used our exact stack before.

Our current tech stack Today our core stack includes:Languages: Python, Go, TypeScriptServices/libraries: GCP, BigQuery, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Beam, Kubeflow, Feast, PyTorch, Typesense, Milvus, ConnectRPCYou do not need deep experience across all of these technologies, but you should be comfortable understanding technical systems and learning quickly.
