SPI Senior Product Manager

Practical Information Location: Bulgaria, Romania or Poland | Reports to: Product Leader | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU | Language Requirements: English at professional level, written and spoken As a Senior Product Manager within Shared Platforms & Integration (SPI), you will shape and drive the long-term vision and strategy for SPI Cloud & FinOps products. Working closely with COEs, SPI leadership, and platform teams, you will ensure product direction aligns with SoftwareOne’s goals and delivers measurable value to the business. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will use industry insights, product data, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, guide product evolution, and position solutions as valuable business assets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for SPI Cloud & FinOps tooling in collaboration with SPI product leadership, COEs, and platform teams Lead the creation and maintenance of a consolidated roadmap, merging platform infrastructure and features to support COE requirements Identify opportunities to leverage shared capabilities across the broader ecosystem of SoftwareOne products and services Resolve prioritization issues and drive alignment across leadership teams Translate Cloud & FinOps market trends, customer feedback, and internal needs into actionable product capabilities Monitor product metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to inform product decisions Support Product Owners with requirements, solution design, and development scheduling aligned with the roadmap Job Requirements Experience in product management within the software sector Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, and data engineering Understanding of cloud unit economics and cost management across AWS, Azure, and M365 Strong ability to leverage product metrics, user data, and KPIs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and creative problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and drive cross-functional alignment Company description SoftwareOne and Crayon have come together to form a global, AI-powered software and cloud solutions provider with a bold vision for the future.
