Sprinkler Supervisor – Data Center Project | SwedenWe are currently looking for an experienced Sprinkler Supervisor for a large-scale data center project in Sweden.This is a senior site-based position with responsibility for independently managing and coordinating a sprinkler installation team of approximately 20–25 personnel.The position is a long-term assignment with a minimum project duration of experience as a Sprinkler Supervisor, Foreman or similar supervisory positionProven ability to independently lead and manage a team of approximately 20–25 sprinkler installersPrevious experience from data center projectsStrong practical experience with sprinkler and fire protection installationsGood knowledge and practical experience of NFPA standardsStrong leadership and personnel management skillsAbility to plan and distribute daily and weekly workExperience coordinating sprinkler activities with other trades and contractorsAbility to plan manpower, materials and installation activitiesGood understanding of quality control, testing and documentationAbility to read and understand technical drawings and installation documentationStrong focus on HSE and safe working practicesGood communication and problem-solving skillsEnglish – mandatoryRomanian – mandatoryValid driving licence – mandatoryThe Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively in English with site management, the client and other contractors, while also being able to lead and communicate with the installation team in Romanian.Main ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipTake direct responsibility for an installation team of approximately 20–25 personnel, including:Planning and distributing daily workOrganizing weekly installation activitiesAllocating manpower according to project prioritiesSetting and following up production targetsMonitoring productivity and installation progressLeading, instructing and supporting installersIdentifying manpower and competence requirementsEnsuring compliance with drawings, procedures and installation standardsReporting progress, deviations and resource requirements to the Main SupervisorProject Planning & CoordinationPlan and coordinate sprinkler installation activities to ensure efficient project execution.Coordinate manpower, materials and installation sequences with the Main Supervisor, other disciplines and contractors.Identify potential delays, technical conflicts and resource requirements at an early stage.Material ManagementBe responsible for material requirements and ordering for assigned installation areas.Ensure that materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, according to specifications and in correct condition.Ensure that the installation team has the necessary materials, equipment and information to maintain production.Quality ControlSupervise sprinkler installations and ensure compliance with:Approved drawingsProject specificationsNFPA standardsInstallation proceduresApplicable quality requirementsPerform and document ongoing quality inspections and coordinate testing and corrective actions when required.Health & SafetyEnsure that all personnel work according to applicable project HSE requirements.Participate in and/or conduct:Risk assessmentsToolbox TalksSafety briefingsWork preparation activitiesCommunication & duration of 1 year.The standard rotation is:8 weeks working in Sweden / 3 weeks offThere is flexibility for candidates who prefer to remain on the project and work longer periods before taking leave.We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor interested in a stable, long-term assignment who can take ownership of the sprinkler team and assigned installation areas throughout the project.The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that installation activities are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and according to NFPA and project quality requirements.
