Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Transformation & Change Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation within a global organization.The role combines program management, organizational change, stakeholder management, and governance. The successful candidate will help establish effective ways of working, create execution discipline, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage governance, operating rhythms, leadership forums, and business reviews.Drive program execution, tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.Support OKR/strategy execution and provide visibility on progress, blockers, and key decisions.Facilitate leadership meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.Support the implementation of new operating models, organizational changes, and ways of working.Develop and coordinate change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities.Identify organizational blockers, dependencies, and change-related challenges and recommend practical solutions.Drive actions to completion and ensure alignment across teams.Support senior leadership with ad-hoc strategic and transformation initiatives. Required Experience & SkillsStrong experience in digital/technology transformation and program management.Proven change management and organizational transformation experience.Experience establishing governance, operating models, PMO structures, or execution rhythms.Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership facilitation skills.Experience working in complex, global, cross-functional organizations.Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
