Strategy Program Execution lead

You will work closely with the business to ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into concrete improvements, new ways of working, and measurable results. You act as a link between strategy and implementation and contribute to developing working methods and capabilities that strengthen the business's efficiency, customer value and long-term development. Using your potential, you will: Plan, coordinate and follow up activities within transformation initiatives and strategic programs. Lead workshops, work meetings and implementation activities. Ensure that decisions, priorities and changes are put into practice and aligned with business needs. Ensure the link between strategic objectives and operational implementation.Support the business when introducing organization changes, new working methods and tools. Coordinate activities across functions, countries and business areas. Contribute with analyses and recommendations to management and steering groups regarding priorities, choices and development opportunities. It starts with you! You also have the ability to work both strategically, tactically and operationally with development and change management.Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
