Systems Technical Specialist (M/F/D)*

You work with the Customer Support team to analyse incidents that may have been operator-related and look for trends or improvementsYou engage with customers regarding system improvement opportunities and understand their actual goalsYou maintain, review technical documentation and standardise where requiredYou support and develop training and training material for end users and internal colleaguesYou lead and support the root cause analysis process when requiredYou monitor trends across multiple sites, investigate & propose system improvementsYou support internal Lifetime Services projects and initiatives where requiredYou keep up to date with all new products that are related to warehouse control systems, proposing ideas on how to embed them with new customers and site support teams You support the sale and implementation of change requests, ensuring requirements are achieved and continuous improvement ideas are spread and known across the TGW portfolioYou have communication lines with all TGW departments applicable to the role and customers, and keep up to date with all releases to the warehouse controls systems within the TGW portfolio and understand improvements to the operation

You have a BSc or Yrkeshögskola in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent combination of education and proven commercial experience in a similar roleYou have the ability to work on own initiative and without supervision and experience dealing directly with customers/end usersYou have experience with SQL Databases (Oracle, MySQL), database support or performance monitoringYou have materials handling / automation experience and experience in supporting the go-live phase of a projectYou have experience in writing technical documents and demonstrate strong language proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and EnglishYou have experience with log file investigation and/or software debuggingYou have an understanding of software development and the software development lifecycle
