Your Responsibilities

Leadership and coordination of the sales teamCentral coordination and governance role across Aftermarket functions (Aftermarket Sales & Proposal, Engineering, Field Service, Finance, Regional Sales)Responsibility for achieving order intake and financial targetsDevelopment and implementation of sales and strategic measures and initiatives to achieve the planned order intake in the sales regionDevelopment and implementation of sales and strategic measures and initiatives to improve market penetration and realize growth potential in the sales regionCoordination of collaboration with regional unitsCoordination of collaboration with business partners and agentsSupport of global strategic initiatives in cooperation with other units

Your Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualificationLeadership experience, preferably in plant or mechanical engineering and sales, is desirable; however, the position also offers an opportunity for candidates looking to take a first step into a leadership roleExperience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business modelsIntercultural experience and working in international teamsBusiness-fluent English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantageStrong customer and service orientationExcellent communication skills and a proactive, outgoing personality are requiredSAP knowledge is desirableGood knowledge of MS Office is required
