Technical Coordinator

Role OverviewWe are looking for a local technical coordinator to support technical validation, issue troubleshooting, and local resource research after business launch. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct basic scenario testing (network access, functional connectivity, etc.) and report anomaliesResearch local cloud services, CDNs, and network operators (capabilities, access process, cost level)Test network latency and stability across different cities; summarize local network characteristicsAssist remote teams in reproducing user-reported technical issues and provide environmental dataHelp establish communication with local service providers RequirementsBased in the Persian region; familiar with local network and tech environmentAble to use basic network testing tools (ping, traceroute, speedtest)Able to clearly describe anomalies and provide troubleshooting cluesBasic English reading and writing skills (able to understand technical documents and communicate simply)Experience with local cloud or network operator coordination is a plus Working ModeRemote collaboration; respond to testing requests as needed; provide regular progress updates
