Technical Manager – Product Development & Innovation Lead Innovation. Develop People. Drive Excellence. At Hardford, we help leading beauty brands transform ideas into successful products within skincare, haircare, body care, fragrance and personal care.We are now looking for a Technical Manager to lead and develop our Product Development team.Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, you will combine leadership, scientific expertise and operational excellence to ensure our innovation projects are delivered with quality, speed and commercial relevance. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Development ChemistsDrive technical excellence across formulation development and scale-upSupport prioritization of projects, resources and laboratory activitiesProvide oversight of the project portfolio and ensure strong project execution in line with resource allocation, agreed goals and strategic prioritiesSupport customer meetings as a technical expert and contribute to business development activitiesIdentify and introduce new technologies, ingredients and formulation conceptsSupport the team in solving complex formulation and manufacturing challengesFoster collaboration across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Production and Project ManagementContribute to the strategic development of Hardford's innovation capabilitiesEnsure compliance with quality, regulatory and sustainability requirements Who you areYou are a skilled formulation scientist with a genuine passion for people, innovation and technical excellence.You enjoy developing others, creating structure and helping teams succeed while balancing day-to-day operational priorities with longer-term strategic goals.
