We are looking for a TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our IT Business Solution team at our Nordic Headquarter in Sundbyberg, Stockholm. What we're looking forYou are someone who has:✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience within performance marketing and e-commerce.✅ Strong technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and product feed optimization.✅ Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion data, campaign structures, and e-commerce performance metrics✅ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable improvements✅ Experience testing, optimizing, and scaling paid media activities with a focus on profitable growth✅ Experience working in a commercial environment, ideally within e-commerce or international experience.✅ An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, comfortable taking ownership and solving problems hands-on.✅ Ability to communicate technical and performance insights clearly to different stakeholders, supported by strong presentation skills✅ Fluency in Swedish and English You'll thrive here if...You prefer building things over managing agenciesYou enjoy solving problems with dataYou like helping colleagues become better at what they doYou get motivated by measurable business impactYou want to work with technically strong colleagues who speak your languageyou're still close enough to the platforms that you're happy rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself What makes this role different?Most performance marketing roles focus on campaigns.This one focuses on capability.We're creating an internal center of excellence for performance marketing, and you'll play a key role in making that happen.
