Company provides relocation package❗️ About the RoleWe are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to own our regulatory infrastructure, compliance APIs, and Developer Portal. In this critical position, you will serve as the functional product leader for our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) regulatory framework, bridging the gap between Core Banking, compliance partners, external vendors, and global developer ecosystems. If you excel at authoring comprehensive BRDs, designing OpenAPI specifications, and creating seamless developer experiences (DX), this role offers an incredible platform to drive innovation at scale. What You Will DoLead Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Own, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for regulatory infrastructure, compliance APIs, risk scoring integrations, and developer-facing platform features aligned with global standards (e.g., PSD2/3, DORA, PCI-DSS).Author Comprehensive BRDs: Write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), technical PRDs, payload structures, business error codes, rate-limiting policies, and complex edge-case handlings (such as sanction hits, false positives, and re-KYC loops).Drive Developer Portal & Experience: Define the vision, feature set, and onboarding flows for our Developer Portal, ensuring a frictionless self-service experience with sandbox environments, API key lifecycle tools, and interactive documentation.Govern API Specifications: Define, maintain, and publish external RESTful API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON schemas, Webhooks), developer guides, SDK code samples, and tutorials.Manage Third-Party Integrations: Lead functional evaluation and scoping for external vendor integrations across Identity Verification (KYC/KYB), Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions/PEP screening, and AML systems to establish robust business SLAs.Ensure Regulatory Compliance & UAT: Validate that all API specs and portal tools meet strict international data privacy (GDPR) and audit logging rules, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs before production releases. What You BringFintech & BaaS Product Experience: 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Product Owner managing developer platforms, APIs, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms.Exhaustive Documentation Mastery: Proven track record of authoring structured, highly detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), PRDs, and functional specifications for technical platforms and APIs.Developer Experience (DX) & Portal Ownership: Hands-on experience owning a Developer Portal, managing API documentation, developer onboarding, sandbox environments, and API key management workflows.API Architecture Expertise: Strong grasp of RESTful API design principles, OpenAPI/Swagger standards, JSON schemas, webhooks, and idempotent transactions, including experience testing endpoints via Postman.Regulatory Framework Knowledge: Solid functional understanding of international fintech regulations, including DORA, PSD2/3, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and global AML/KYC/CTF workflows.Technical Modeling & Analytics: Ability to design sequence and data flow diagrams, alongside analyzing portal telemetry (e.g., API adoption rates, error frequencies) to guide prioritization.Engineering Collaboration & Fluency: Fluent/advanced written and spoken English skills with an exceptional ability to partner with tech leads, CISOs, legal experts, and business executives.
