Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Design and author expert-level evaluation tasks using realistic technical data.Create and curate source material, including product specifications and code samples.Define solution criteria and expected outputs for technical problem-solving assignments.Develop comprehensive grading rubrics assessing agent outputs on accuracy and precision.Draft diverse documentation tasks representative of authentic industry challenges.Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine deliverables.

Have strong relevant experience in software, hardware, medical devices, or regulated industries.Demonstrated expertise in producing precise, testable technical documentation and instructions.Advanced skill in structured authoring and adherence to style guides.Exceptional written English skills with control of tone and technical register.Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to transform complex source material into clear guidance.
