Test Automation Specialist

Automation TesterFully Remote Rate: €170 per dayWe are currently seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join a leading banking client on a fully remote contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile financial services applications, helping to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of critical systems. Key ResponsibilitiesAutomate regression and functional testing for React and Java-based applications.Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for both web and mobile applications.Perform performance, load, and stability testing to ensure optimal system performance.Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.Continuously enhance and maintain automated test suites to support new and evolving functionality.Contribute to quality assurance best practices within an Agile delivery environment.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and software development lifecycles.Solid knowledge of QA processes, test strategy, defect management, and bug lifecycle management.Experience using Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking.Previous experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
