For our client – an international organization operating in the automotive, road safety, and advanced vehicle technology sectors – we are looking for a Test Engineer with experience in the automotive industry.The company operates a full-scale, advanced test environment dedicated to the development and validation of future road safety technologies. As part of its activities, advanced safety systems and technologies related to automated vehicles are tested in a wide range of traffic environments and real-world scenarios. Key responsibilities:Preparing and conducting various types of vehicle tests.Verifying the performance of active safety systems and automated vehicle functions.Analysing and documenting test results.Identifying issues and supporting the process of resolving them.Collaborating with teams responsible for function development, testing, and verification.Supporting function owners and developers throughout the ongoing product development process.Working with external customers on functional development and verification activities.Working with automotive data logging, diagnostics, and vehicle communication analysis tools.Participating in tests conducted both on test tracks and on public roads. Ideal candidate profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent post-secondary education.At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably within the automotive industry.Experience with Vector tools, particularly CANalyzer.Experience with automotive data logging and diagnostic tools.Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.Swedish Category B driving licence.Good driving experience.Analytical mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
