Test Engineer

We are looking for skilled Test Engineers to join our team in Gothenburg. As a consultant, you will work with one of our many exciting clients, giving you the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with leading companies, primarily within the automotive industry. The roleAs a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring software and system quality through testing at both system and function level. You will work with testing on vehicles, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) rigs, and hardware components, as well as supporting test automation and overall testing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:Execute smoke, regression, system, and function-level testing on vehicles, HIL rigs, and hardware componentsCreate, maintain, and manage test cases, test structures, and verdictsSupport testing strategies, system safety testing, and reporting such as SWRSSupport test automation through manual in-car testing activitiesDocument test results and ensure traceability and qualityTroubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams You should have strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to testing, and a positive, can-do attitude. A genuine interest in vehicles and automotive technology is a big plus. QualificationsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant fieldValid Swedish B driving license is a requirement for the positionRelevant experience in software, system, or automotive testing, preferably with vehicles, HIL, or hardwareExperience with smoke, regression, and system/function-level testingExperience with test case management and traceabilityKnowledge of CANoe, CANalyzer, automotive diagnostics, dSpace, and/or MATLAB/Simulink is meritingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach What we offerAs a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your technical skills, and build experience with leading companies and technologies.
