Test Lead (44077)

A major bank in Stockholm is rolling out a sanctions screening and AML solution, and to lead its testing from scratch through go-live, I am currently looking for an experienced Test Lead. You will own the overall test strategy and Master Test Plan, coordinate all test phases from SIT to UAT and DR testing, and act as the central point between Operations, Tech, the vendor and the Program Manager. Strong experience setting up and leading large testing programs in banking or regulated environments and fluent English are essential.

💡 Nice to have

hands-on experience with Firco or other sanctions screening / AML systems (e.g. Actimize, Oracle FCCM, SAS AML) knowledge of sanctions, AML and financial crime compliance ISTQB Test Manager certification Jira with Xray or Zephyr, Micro Focus ALM preparing audit and regulatory evidence payments systems and payment flows
