Test LeadLocation - Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid Mode)B2B / Freelancing Contract What You Will Do - As Test Lead, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and driving software verification activities across multiple teams and technical areas.The role sits at the intersection of software development, integration, testing, and operational delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, product teams, quality representatives, and operational leaders to create transparency around quality status, priorities, risks, and readiness for software deliveries.Rather than owning a specific product or team, you will help connect the bigger picture. You will ensure that the right verification activities are performed at the right time, that dependencies are understood, and that decisions are supported by clear evidence and quality data.You will also contribute to improving the way testing is performed across the Software Factory, helping us evolve our processes, environments, automation capabilities, and ways of working.

Experience We Are Looking For - We expect you to have several years of experience working with software testing, quality engineering, verification leadership, or similar roles in a complex technical environment.You should be comfortable working with large-scale software deliveries and have practical experience coordinating verification activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.Experience within areas such as CI/CD, automated testing, software integration, release processes, SIL/HIL environments, vehicle verification, or automotive software development is highly valued.Experience from platforms or products where software quality, traceability, and release readiness are critical success factors will be particularly relevant.
