We are hiringTraining & Education Specialist – Europe based Your strengthBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Experience as a Clinical Specialist, Training & Education Specialist, Product Specialist, or within the aortic repair/endovascular fieldExperience delivering technical and clinical product trainingKnowledge of endovascular therapies, anatomy, and pathologyExperience developing training materials, educational programs, and e-learning contentFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platformsExcellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skillsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across international, cross-functional teams Your contributionDevelop, deliver, and continuously improve Training & Education programs across the EMEA regionPlan and conduct internal and external product training, certification, and onboarding activitiesCreate and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and educational documentationManage assigned learning content and support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)Coordinate onboarding, reinforcement, and recertification programsSupport customer workshops and educational events across EMEAManage training equipment and educational resources to ensure training readinessEvaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvementsCollaborate closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and SalesAct as the subject matter expert for assigned Training & Education programs Our strengthAn international team with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and collaborationA dynamic role with exposure to colleagues and customers across the EMEA regionComprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development opportunitiesThe opportunity to shape and improve training programs that directly support customer successA meaningful career with a clear mission: saving lives Apply now and become part of the Artivion team.We look forward to receiving your application in English.Contact:Brian Russo – T: +41 435 08 39 01JOTEC GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Artivion, Inc.www.artivion.com
