Treasury Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Treasury Specialist (m/f/d), you will support both day-to-day treasury operations and the further development of treasury structures across the group. Working closely with finance stakeholders and external banking partners, you will help improve liquidity management, increase transparency, and drive efficient, reliable treasury processes.

Your Area Of Responsibility Includes

Treasury Operations & Cash Management

Support daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and short- and medium-term cash-flow forecastingCoordinate bank-related processes and act as a point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholdersMonitor group-wide cash balances and contribute to efficient cash allocation and liquidity managementSupport payment processes, bank account administration, and the management of banking authorizationsPrepare treasury reports and provide reliable data and insights for finance stakeholders and management

Treasury Structures & Projects

Contribute to the further development of group-wide treasury structures and processesSupport intercompany financing, cash concentration, and cash-pooling initiativesHelp improve treasury systems, reporting tools, documentation, and internal controlsCollaborate with finance teams across the group to increase transparency and standardize treasury processesSupport treasury-related projects and help translate recommendations into practical day-to-day solutions

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Treasury Management, or a comparable commercial qualificationAround 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, ideally gained in an international company, banking environment, or corporate finance functionHands-on experience with cash management, liquidity planning, cash-flow forecasting, and bank-related processesExperience with intercompany financing, cash pooling, bank account administration, or treasury systems is a strong plusA pragmatic, hands-on working style and the ability to translate concepts into effective day-to-day processesStrong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external banking partnersStructured and analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers, processes, and financial dataBusiness-fluent English; German is strongly preferredSelf-driven, reliable, and proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn
