Your role

We are looking for Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineers with strong background from the automotive industry, including heavy vehicles and passenger cars. In this role, you will work with testing, verification, and validation of advanced vehicle systems, including autonomous and driver-assistance technologies. As a V&V Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring vehicle functionality, safety, and system performance throughout the development and testing process

Perform and monitor vehicle tests in various environments, including proving grounds and public roadsOperate test vehicles and take manual control when requiredManage onboard measurement systems and collect test dataIdentify, document, and report deviations and system issuesSupport troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements

Valid driving license (B required; C/CE is highly meritorious)Experience in automotive testing, V&V, or vehicle developmentExperience driving passenger cars and/or heavy vehicles in test environmentsStrong safety mindset with ability to stay focused during long test sessionsGood technical understanding of vehicle systems, sensors, and data tools

Note: For this position you need to have a valid Swedish work permit and/or Swedish residency.
