Based in Western Europe, with the United Kingdom and Ireland preferred, this leader will own new customer acquisition across both regions, improve EMEA sales performance, and build the APAC sales team. SolutionGlobal expansion becomes expensive and slow when employment, payroll, immigration, compliance, and workforce management are fragmented across countries and vendors. You must be based in Western Europe, ideally in the United Kingdom or Ireland (UKI).• Target compensation of €160,000–€190,000 annual base salary and €320,000–€380,000 OTE, with a 50/50 base-variable split and uncapped commissions. Includes stock options and benefits appropriate to the country of employment.• Lead an initial team of approximately ten AEs, with the opportunity to hire, expand, upgrade, and reshape the organization. Strengthen EMEA and build out APAC, creating the team and management structure to support continued growth.• Work closely with Marketing and the broader GTM organization on demand generation, account-based marketing, and entry into new markets. Develop territory and account strategies that establish the company in countries and segments where it has yet to build a sales presence.• Drive world-class AE productivity through hands-on coaching, disciplined execution, and clear accountability. Develop every seller’s ability to generate pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, and consistently deliver against targets, making decisive talent changes where needed.• Partner closely with Expansion, Implementation, and Customer Success to connect the initial sale to a successful, lasting customer relationship. Ensure customer goals and commitments carry through the handoff, onboarding, and implementation, establishing the foundation for years of retention and growth. Culture• The company was named a Leader for the fifth time in NelsonHall’s 2025 Global EOR NEAT report.• The company’s current growth story combines established global-employment scale with an aggressive AI-first product transformation. The company entered 2026 with 40% Q1 growth. Official Job Description Where Your Work Moves the Needle.
