Agile Coach - IF Insurance

Bapon IT Services is currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach for If Insurance's Mobility Tribe and Agile Center of Excellence for a customer in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who does not wait for improvement opportunities to be identified, but proactively recognizes them, takes initiative, and helps both teams and leadership translate them into meaningful organizational change. This is not primarily a role focused on facilitating agile ceremonies. The key objective is to improve value creation, delivery capability, flow, and organizational effectiveness within a large-scale agile organization. Role: Agile CoachLocation: Bergshamra, Stockholm, SwedenDuration: 9-12 monthsStart Date: As soon as possibleWork Model: Hybrid, with a strong preference for at least 3 days per week in the officeLanguages: Swedish and English About the AssignmentAs an Agile Coach, you will work both strategically and operationally with squads, Scrum Masters, and Tribe Leadership. Responsibilities at Squad LevelYou will:Coach and develop Scrum Masters.Strengthen team ownership, delivery capability, and continuous improvement.Improve the flow from idea to production.Help teams break down larger initiatives into smaller value-delivering increments.Improve collaboration and coordination between squads.Responsibilities at Tribe LevelYou will:Act as an active partner to Tribe Leadership.Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.Improve dependency management between squads.Improve prioritization, refinement, and execution of larger initiatives.Strengthen the organization's ability to deliver value more frequently and in smaller increments.Improve collaboration between tribes within the common operating model. Required QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:Proven experience as an Agile Coach in large organizations.Experience coaching both teams and leadership groups.Experience working in large-scale agile environments.Strong understanding of modern software and product development.Experience in environments where responsibility and ownership are distributed across multiple teams.Excellent facilitation, visualization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.Ability to independently identify improvement areas and drive change.Fluent Swedish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Preferred QualificationsExperience with:Modern engineering practices.DevOps.AI-enabled software development.Improving end-to-end flow from idea to production.Dependency management and large initiatives in multi-team environments.
