We're hiring an Application Governance Lead to support a global energy technology group in managing its Real Estate application landscape as a single, integrated portfolio. This role owns governance, lifecycle management, demand intake, and vendor strategy - turning business requirements into a coherent, value-driven application ecosystem. What You'll DoOwn and maintain the application portfolio, inventory, ownership model and decision rightsGovern demand intake, prioritisation and release decisions across applicationsDrive lifecycle management, rationalisation and consolidationManage vendor and licensing strategiesMature business requirements to decision-ready status before implementationCoordinate cross-application dependencies and integration impactsAct as Business Owner for the application landscapeRun the central governance forum for digital and process demand What We're Looking ForDegree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field8+ years in application management, digital transformation, enterprise systems or IT/business governanceExperience managing application portfolios, demand management and vendor relationshipsExperience working with business stakeholders and IT organisations in complex corporate environmentsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation and governance/decision-making skills Why This RoleYou'll be the single point of accountability for a critical application landscape, shaping how demand, vendors and lifecycle decisions come together into one coherent strategy.
