Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Senior AI Engineer – Stockholm (Hybrid) A fast‑growing digital product company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape how AI is used across the product and internal systems. The business has a strong customer base, a modern tech culture, and a track record of building simple, impactful digital experiences with a focus on quality, speed and user value. The engineering and product organisation is around 20 people, with a flat, collaborative culture and plenty of ownership. This role will be the first AI‑focused hire and will play a key part in exploring where AI can make a meaningful difference. About the roleYou’ll work closely with product, design and engineering to bring AI‑powered features into a large consumer-facing product. This includes automating parts of the customer journey, building internal tools, improving existing systems and shaping new ideas from concept to production. This is not a research role. You’ll spend most of your time designing, building and deploying real AI features that have direct impact on users and internal workflows.
