Business Analyst – Banking & Payments - Global Banking Client Location: Stockholm Type: Freelance We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global banking client on a major Autogiro and payment migration programme. You’ll play a central role in translating business needs into clear requirements, analysing existing payment processes and ensuring alignment between business, IT and technical teams throughout the migration. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain business requirements and use casesDocument AS-IS processes, business rules and payment flowsConduct impact assessments and gap analysesAnalyse Autogiro and Bankgiro migration requirementsWork closely with Architects, Product Owners and Product SpecialistsSupport migration planning and preparation for development RequirementsStrong Business Analysis experience within banking, payments or financial servicesProven experience in requirements elicitation and process analysisExperience working on complex change or migration programmesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStructured, analytical and pragmatic approachAbility to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements Experience with Autogiro, Bankgiro, ISO 20022 or Request to Pay is highly desirable for this position.
