Business Analyst

Technical skills:Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and management techniques.Experience in business process analysis and modelling.Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.Experience with backlog management and requirements traceability.Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.Knowledge of KPI monitoring and business performance analysis.Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools.Profile :Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMIPBA,CAP, CBATL, CBPP,CFLBA, CPRE, or equivalentMinimum 9 years of professional experience in ICT.Minimum 3 years of higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Mandatory experience as a Business Analyst in application development and software implementation projects, including the analysis, specification, validation, and delivery of business requirements for IT applications.Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
