Oracle HCM Business Analyst

Key requirements:• Proven experience in Business Analysis and Testing• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR• Oracle HCM Security• Data analysis, data migration, HDL and Spreadsheet Loader• Integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems• Excellent English communication skills• PeopleSoft HCM experience considered an asset. Evaluation criteria focus:• Relevant experience in the requested activities (40%)• Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR expertise (20%)• Data migration, reporting and analytics capabilities (15%)• Oracle HCM Security (10%)• Integrations, communication skills and PeopleSoft knowledge (remaining 15%).
