- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Analyst.
- Experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban).
- Accustomed to working closely with the business, the Product Owner, and developers.
- Experience with requirements management, workshops, and process mapping.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills; able to present solutions and requirements in a way that both business and technical teams understand.
- Experience working with AI in development and the ability to inspire others regarding this approach.
