Key responsibilities:Customer Stakeholder Management and facilitation across executive and operational audiences.Cross functional collaborationAbility to lead discussions during workshops.Work closely with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.Align with Value team on the Value Planning & Value Realization (KPIs) Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities Work with larger implementation team to ensure on time and error free delivery.Other responsibilities – Budgets, targets, equipment etc:Ability to proactively plan resources and operate within budgets provided. Key Skills/Knowledge:Supply Chain Planning experience across SIOP/IBP, preferably in Business consulting arm of companies like TCS.End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.Prior experience in SAP IBP module as part of large S4 Transformations or with leading COTS planning tools (Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP, o9) is good to have.SAP Signavio experience is good to have.Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and an innovative mindset.Exposure to AI/ Gen AI / Agentic AI is desirable.
