About the roleAre you passionate about driving quality and business confidence in large-scale SAP transformations? We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Cross-Functional Test Lead to join our growing SAP practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful validation of end-to-end business processes across integrated SAP landscapes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, integration teams, and project leadership to coordinate testing activities across multiple SAP modules and interconnected systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex S/4HANA transformation programs while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and international environment. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end test planning across SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.Ensure alignment and validation of business scenarios across SAP modules and integrated systems.Collaborate with integration and functional teams to ensure interfaces and data flows are test-ready.Drive cross-functional coordination and support successful execution of testing activities across all workstreams.Facilitate defect triage discussions and ensure clear ownership and resolution governance.Track testing progress, dependencies, risks, UAT readiness, and support cutover readiness activities. About you The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP testing professional with a strong understanding of integrated business processes and enterprise-scale SAP transformations. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy collaborating across multiple teams, and have a proven ability to drive testing activities from planning through execution and business sign-off. Your strong stakeholder management and communication skills enable you to build alignment and maintain momentum across large programs. Qualifications:8+ years of SAP testing experience, including significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs.Extensive experience coordinating cross-functional SAP testing across modules such as FI, SD, MM, PP, and related areas.Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes, system integrations, and data flows.Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Qmetry, or similar platforms.Proven experience in test coordination, defect management, progress reporting, and governance.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken). Nordic language skills are considered an advantage.
