Crash Safety Analysis Engineer – Occupant Protection (Front & Rear Impact) Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Crash Safety Analysis Engineer to support the development and validation of occupant protection performance in frontal and rear impact scenarios. The role involves planning, executing, and analyzing physical crash tests at component, system, and full vehicle levels to achieve safety, regulatory, and performance targets. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and lead physical crash tests on component, system, and vehicle level.Perform detailed occupant safety analysis from crash test results.Evaluate crash performance and recommend design improvements.Present findings and technical recommendations to engineering stakeholders.Support the development of occupant protection systems and safety concepts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and project objectives. Required SkillsM.Sc. in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.3+ years of experience in physical crash testing and occupant analysis.Strong understanding of vehicle safety systems and occupant protection.Experience analyzing crash test data and safety performance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred SkillsExperience with automotive product development processes.Background in occupant protection, restraint systems, or vehicle safety engineering.Experience working within automotive OEM or Tier-1 environments.
