Chief Operating Officer

Insight Global is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join there Software Development clients! This role is responsible for growing their AI-driven Performance Optimization business. This position will be a permanent role, where they are looking for someone to sit remotely with occasional travel to New York City or Palo Alto, CA. They are looking for this person to sit within the European Union. Responsibilities:Develop and execute industrial and commercial growth strategy.Identify AI applications across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and productdevelopment.Translate customer needs into product and solution priorities.Support strategic customer engagements and value realization initiatives.Build relationships with C-suite and senior industrial leaders.Drive business development and strategic partnerships.Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and scalable methodologies.Advise customers on operational excellence, quality, risk, and transformation.Support development of operational and customer-facing teams. Targeting the following skillsets:Industrial leadership experience in a global environment.Former COO, Chief Quality Officer, VP of Quality, VP of Engineering, VP of Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence leader.Experience leading large-scale operational, manufacturing, engineering, or qualitytransformations.Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and performanceimprovement.Experience working with multinational organizations and global supply chains.Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
