About the position 💼The Customer Success Specialist role is an entry-level position for new HR graduates, with growth opportunities into HR project management. You’ll become an expert in our HR system, represent HR departments’ needs internally, and help customers get the most out of the platform. Working as a team, we ensure our customers stay happy, engaged, and inspired to grow with us. Responsibilities:As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work closely with our customers, proactively scheduling meetings and being available to support them by: Leading customers through the implementation of our HR systemOnboarding and educating customers in using the systemKeeping our knowledge base up to date for customersManaging the support chat and assisting with customer inquiriesMaintaining relationships while keeping a high level of service What are we looking for?Recently graduated HR student with a post-secondary degree in HR (or equivalent)Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is highly beneficialProfessional fluency in Swedish and English (speech and writing) We believe you are:Interested in the HR-tech industry and want to learn everything about Hailey’s HR-systemConfident and thriving in an educational, structured and leading roleFlexible and thrives in a fast-paced environmentProactive self-starter who takes ownership and makes things happenA professional & service minded person who radiates trust More information:Scope: 100%Start: 26th of October 2026Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on site) We’re looking forward to your application! 👋 💌
