Product Marketer

We're a Swedish SaaS HR-tech company that want to digitalise, simplify and modernise the HR industry with our HR-system - join us on our journey! About the position 💼 As a Product Marketer, you are part of the marketing team and work closely with the Product Owners and our Product Marketing Manager. You sit at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. Your main responsibility is to translate the product into clear and engaging communication that drives both sales and product adoption. Practically, this means you will write web copy, create engaging sales materials (like presentations, videos, case stories and other resources) for use in our different channels. It’ll also be your responsibility to keep these updated and in line with where we are as a brand and product. Responsibilities Shape how we talk about the product - our voice, our key messages and our positioning – so we stand out in the market and build trust with our target audience Build product understanding internally and externally through storytelling that ties our communication together, with clear value propositions adapted to each persona Produce and maintain our recurring product communication: Product Update emails and blog posts, LinkedIn posts, website content, review-site upkeep, GetAccept content and presentations Support product launches with messaging, launch materials and go-to-market content Support marketing with ideas and themes for activities What are we looking for? 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, B2B communication, copywriting, or similar roles where writing has been a core part of your work Someone who genuinely enjoys writing and communication, with an eye for detail Comfortable working across product, sales and customer success Professional fluency in Swedish and English, and excellent written communication skills in both Fluency in another Nordic language is a big plus We believe you are: Genuinely curious about how the product works and dedicated to truly understanding it Receptive to feedback and comfortable adapting when circumstances change Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team player who takes ownership More information:Scope: 100%Start: October 2026Location: Stockholm, Hornstull (on-site!)
