🚀 Hiring: Data Migration Project Manager (SAP / Salesforce / Snowflake) 📍 Location: Västerås, Sweden🏢 Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid📄 Contract: B2B / Freelance Contract (6-12 Months)🗣️ Language Requirement: Swedish (Mandatory)💰 Rate: Market Competitive We are currently looking for an experienced Data Migration Project Manager to lead a large-scale historical data migration initiative involving SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP, CRM, and Data Engineering teams.This role requires a blend of project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and data migration expertise, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical data transformation programs. Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementOwn and drive the end-to-end historical data migration project lifecycleDefine project scope, roadmap, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgetsManage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Lead governance meetings and executive stakeholder reportingCoordinate multiple workstreams across ERP, CRM, and Data Engineering teamsDrive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activitiesEnsure successful project delivery within agreed scope and timelinesBusiness Analysis & Data MigrationCollaborate with ERP and M&A teams to define data extraction requirementsGather and document business and functional requirementsAnalyze and map source data from SAP, Salesforce, and other legacy platformsSupport mapping of source systems to Snowflake target data modelsIdentify data quality issues, cleansing requirements, and transformation rulesDefine validation frameworks and migration acceptance criteriaSupport data lineage, governance, and compliance initiativesStakeholder ManagementAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsWork closely with Business Process Owners to validate requirements and prioritiesCoordinate with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, ERP teams, and M&A stakeholdersEnsure alignment on data standards, governance, and migration objectivesDrive communication and change management activities across impacted teams Required Skills & Experience✅ 6-8+ years of Project Management experience✅ Proven experience delivering Data Migration projects✅ Strong background working with:SAPSalesforceSnowflakeERP & CRM ecosystems✅ Experience in:Data MappingData Quality & ProfilingBusiness AnalysisUAT ManagementStakeholder ManagementData Governance & Lineage✅ Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional environments✅ Swedish language proficiency (mandatory) Ideal Candidate BackgroundWe would particularly like to hear from professionals currently working as:Data Migration Project ManagerData Transformation Project ManagerData & Analytics Project ManagerERP Migration Project ManagerSAP Data Migration LeadBusiness Transformation Project ManagerData Program Manager 📩 If you have a strong track record of delivering complex data migration programs involving SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake environments, we'd love to connect.
