Digital Solutions & Analytics Specialist – Chemicals Contract or Freelance I am currently supporting a global organisation within the chemicals sector looking for a DATA scientist to support some of its key projects in the Regulatory Operations organisation with a Digital Solutions & Analytics Specialist. This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of Data, Digital, Regulatory Affairs and Product Stewardship, with a particular focus on Power BI, analytics, automation and digital transformation. What you'll be doing🔹 Develop and improve Power BI dashboards, reports and KPIs🔹 Turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights🔹 Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows🔹 Develop and implement digital and low-code/no-code solutions🔹 Improve data quality, governance and information management🔹 Work closely with Regulatory, IT, Data and Digital teams on new solutions and platform improvements🔹 Contribute to wider digital transformation initiatives across Regulatory Operations Your background🔹 Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or a related discipline🔹 Professional experience within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Solutions or a similar function🔹 Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard development, reporting and KPI creation🔹 Experience working with complex datasets, data modelling and visualisation🔹 Exposure to workflow automation and/or low-code/no-code technologies🔹 Understanding of data quality and governance🔹 Comfortable translating business requirements into practical data/digital solutions and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders🔹 Previous exposure to Chemicals, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship or another regulated environment would be a strong advantage, but isn't essential Position can be set remotely for the most part, but expect travel within Europe approx 1/2 times a month for 2 days each time If this sounds relevant to your background and you have immediate availability, apply now.
